Right click on Command Prompt and click "Run as administrator"
Copy and paste the following command
FOR /R C:\ %G IN (*.dll) DO "%systemroot%\system32\regsvr32.exe" /s "%G
Take some time, you may want to go get yourself a nice cup of organic green tea… and please don’t close the command prompt. Wait until the process finished
